Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments which will be processed through our secure payment gateway: Protx. Alternatively we will accept cheques as payment, although goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared through our bank.
By prior arrangement only customers may be able to purchase goods with an invoice on delivery. Please contact us in advance should you require this option.

Delivery Schedule
If your delivery address is UK based we aim to turn your order around within 5 working days. Please always state a required date and we will endevour to meet your deadline. We will contact you otherwise.
All deliveries must be signed for however we cannot take responsibility for late of failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. If there is no one at the delivery address during office hours this may result in a delay of your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
We use Protx to handle our on line credit card sales. Once you have chosen your products and engraving information, you will be able to choose to either pay via Protx or by cheque.
Engraving
Your chosen product can be engraved in a variety of styles, please see the engraving information page which can be found at the top level of the shop (wording?)
When you order your gift or trophy you will be given the opportunity to add in the words to be engraved. Please type these carefully as this will be lifted direct from your input for the engraver and mistakes can be costly!
Logo engraving is also available, please contact us for a quotation. Artwork should be provided in a jpg format where possible.

Returns Policy
We must be notified by email of any damaged deliveries or missing items within 2 days of receiving the goods. Goods cannot be returned if supplied engraved unless the item is faulty.
