General Terms & Conditions

We will aim to dispatch goods within 4-5 days, however, should a specific date be required please advise at point of order and we will confirm if deadline can be met. We will always try our best to achieve this.

Our professional engravers will use their skills to ensure that the layout of any engraved text or images are presented in the best possible way. We will not be held responsible for any miss-spelling  , so please double check your engraving instructions as what you print will be what we engrave. All gifts will be engraved using the selected fonts and inscriptions provided to us by you through the website. If any logos are to be engraved our engravers may need to adjust or improve from the artwork to create the best possible output. Any artwork will need to be supplied in JPEG format.

When supplying any artwork you must ensure that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright. if we produce a logo for you that breaches someone else’s copyright, you will be liable. You agree to indemnify us against any third party claim against us based on any image you upload. Walters of Clydebank Ltd will assume that you, the buyer, has obtained any necessary copyright permission.

Any item that has been personalised is non refundable unless faulty. You may not cancel orders on any goods that have been engraved or personalised. To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing at our contact/email address before your item is engraved. If unengraved items are dispatched and you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing at our contact email address within 14 days of receiving the goods.A refund will be processed only after the goods have been returned to our contact address at your own cost and risk. All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.

If the goods are received damaged, defective or the quantity is incorrect, we ask that you notify us in writing at our contact/email address as soon as possible preferably within 7 days of receiving the goods. We would also ask that photographic evidence is provided of the damaged or broken items.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

1. We have insufficient stock to delivery the goods ordered. We will notify you in writing via email.
2. we are unable to deliver the goods to your area.
3. Payment in full has not been received.
Events Beyond Our Control:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes strikes, breakdown of systems, flood, fire, accident and weather.
